The National Center for Information Technology in collaboration with Ministry of Human Resources Youth and Sports has started an awareness programme on the new online Work Permit System. This awareness programme was started on 31 October 2011 and will be continued till 2nd November into two sessions; from morning 09:30 and noon 13:00 hours, at Maldives Center for Social Education Center seminar room. The objective of this programme is to build awareness on the new online work permit system developed by NCIT in partnership with Ministry of Human Resource Youth and Sports and other stakeholders.
The awareness programme was publicly announced inviting all entities involved in employing foreign expatriate workers in Maldives to come forth and attend the programme. During the session information was given on how to register an online account in the new system and how to apply for online services. |
