The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Information Technology Development Project (ITDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Consultancy to coordinate the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) program of the ITDP.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this assignment is to provide consultancy to coordinate the implementation of the Human Resource Development Program.
DURATION
8 months
REQUIRMENTS
a. Work with NCIT to detail the HRD requirements for this program
b. Coordinate the implementation of the components of the HRD program
c. Assist in the implementation of ITDP
REMUNERATION
MRF 15,000/- per month (negotiable)
The National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT) now invites proposals from individual Consultants for Consultancy to coordinate the implementation of the HRD Program of the ITDP. Full-time consultants with consulting firms who can engage on an individual basis are also eligible for this Consultancy.

Proposals must be delivered to the following address by 11:00 hours, 10 February 2009. Late Proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the Consultants’ who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 hours, 10 February 2009.
