1. The National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT) wishes to hire a competent IT Project Staff to support the implementation of the Information Technology Development Project (ITDP), in particular the implementation e-Government Service Platform and sample e-Government applications under the Application Turnkey component of the ITDP.
2. The National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT) now invites proposals from individuals to support NCIT in the implementation of the e-Government Service Platform.
3. The Request for Proposal, in the English language, may be obtained by interested parties from the NCIT front office. The RFP can also be sent via email for those requesting it via email.

4. Proposal must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 hours, 31st March 2008. Proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the Consultants’ who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 hours, 04th May 2008.
