1.The Republic of Maldives has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Information Technology Development Project (ITDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Consultancy to coordinate the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) program of the ITDP.
2.The National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT) now invites proposals from individual Consultants for Consultancy to coordinate the implementation of the HRD Program of the ITDP. Full-time consultants with consulting firms who can engage on an individual basis are also eligible for this Consultancy.
3.The Request for Proposal, in the English language, may be obtained by interested parties from the NCIT front office. The RFP can also be sent via email for those requesting it via email.

4. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 hours, 11 February 2008. Late Proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the Consultants’ who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 hours, 11 February 2008.
